Eliot has been a health and fitness specialist since 2000. As a teenager, he was overweight and decided to make a change in his life. He became fascinated with fitness and designed his own exercise program. In less than a year, he lost 80 pounds and increased his lean muscle mass. After losing the weight, Eliot decided to become a health & fitness specialist and make a positive impact in other people's lives.
Eliot holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, a Degree in Advanced Health & Fitness Training, and a Diploma in Fitness & Nutrition. He is also a certified personal trainer, cardiovascular trainer, and medical exer-therapist.
